First, fill out the application form below. The form must be filled out by an official school representative.

Pilot

Then, if we have enough capacity and available resources, we will propose a pilot project at your school.

Sign

Next, your school officials will need to sign an agreement and waivers for the program.

Launch

Finally, our local volunteer teams will help launch a new pilot music program at your school!

Host School Eligibility

To be eligible for our school pilot and weekly school programs, the hosting elementary/secondary school should meet the minimum requirements written here. Only authorized representatives of the Host school should apply here. Share this application with your school officials to bring SoMM to your school!

The Host School should:

Be located in the Greater Montréal Region
Be working with children or youth who have a need to access free music education
Be providing FREE access to academic or educational programs for underserved populations
Not already have an extracurricular music program
Be willing to provide logistical support for non-profit music programming

Unfortunately, due to limited resources, we are focusing on need-based programming and prioritization. If you are not sure, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

Currently, we are focused on the Montréal region. While we do wish to expand in the future, we do not currently have the resources to effectively do so. If you have a specific location that could host our programming in a different region, then please contact us as space is a huge factor in starting new programs.
