First, fill out the application form below. The form must be filled out by an official school representative.

Pilot
Then, if we have enough capacity and available resources, we will propose a pilot project at your school.

Sign
Next, your school officials will need to sign an agreement and waivers for the program.

Launch
Finally, our local volunteer teams will help launch a new pilot music program at your school!
Host School Eligibility
To be eligible for our school pilot and weekly school programs, the hosting elementary/secondary school must be the applicant and meet the minimum requirements written here. Share this application with your school officials to bring SoMM to your school!
