We are proud (and tremendously grateful) to announce that Canadian musical instrument retailer Long & McQuade has become a sponsor for SoMM’s 2015-2016 season! The retailer has donated keyboards, guitars, and other musical instruments for SoMM’s students.
“We would like to thank Long & McQuade for allowing us the opportunity to kick-start our pilot program this year, by providing us with new instruments for the children to learn on,” writes SoMM Director Christopher Ma in a statement. “With this donation of over $5000 in instrument rentals for this school year, SoMM can better help make a difference in the community through musical education. We hope our relationship will continually grow stronger as we look to expand and reach out to more children that will benefit from Long & McQuade’s generous support and School of Music Montreal’s mission.”
