WHAT WE DO
The Human Resources Department of SoMM is responsible for the happiness and productivity of our team. We manage the volunteer application process, schedule and perform interviews with applicants, and oversee the appointment of our volunteers to specific schools and groups. We also work to resolve any internal or external disputes involving our SoMM team when/if they occur.
